In these Terms and Conditions, “you” means you the customer and “we” means Shirts North. In addition to your order, these Terms and Conditions form the contract between you for the supply of products and Shirts North. This contract cannot be varied unless we agree to revise it in writing.

Its content is protected by the Australian and international copyright laws. The collation of all content is the exclusive property of Shirts North.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
Shirts North and its partners attempt to be as accurate as is possible. Because each garment is individually made, using in some cases a variety of colours in different combinations Shirts North do not warrant that product descriptions, or other product related content on this site is accurate, complete, current or error-free. If a product you purchase on shirtsnorth.com.au is not as described, you have the option of returning the product in its original condition. However, manufacturing tolerances must be taken into account for sizing, especially with knit fabrics. Please review our general returns and exchange policy below for return/exchange policy.

COLOURS OF PRODUCTS
We display as accurately as is possible the colours of the products on this site. Occasionally, because colours depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor will display the colour in the true and accurate format.

WHAT IS OUR GENERAL RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY?
Shirts North want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept returns that are postmarked within 14 days of receiving your item. The items must be returned to Shirts North in a new, unused condition. Return postage costs are not refundable.
